As the days of summer wind down, the non-ownership segment of the private aviation market continues to heat up when it comes M&A. Combined with its existing VistaJet subsidiary, the move gives Vista Global an owned fleet of 115 super midsize, large cabin and ultra-long-range private jets. Ian Moore, the chief commercial officer of Vista Global and VistaJet, tells Forbes.com, “We’re looking to run these brands separately. The Vista Global – XOJET deal is a continuation of financial activity in the market. If you’re looking for more dominos, Moore cautions Vista Global may not be involved.
