"They have an obligation to contact their people and tell them they couldn't travel anymore," Dicker said. Edmunds said Labrador Marine should have contacted the family before they made the trip. Tyler Edmunds, first minister of the Nunatsiavut government, says the province and Labrador Marine should start looking at more options.
