A visitor to Hong Kong sent into quaratine in a hotel in Central has left and the police are looking for him. He had been wearing an electronic bracelet and is suspected to have violated a quarantine order..A hotel staffer has alerted police. At 5:16am, the police said they received a complaint from the staff of the Bishop Lei International Hotel, on Robinson Road, Mid-Levels. The visitor is said to have checked into the hotel a few days ago to serve 14 days of quarantine.
