Ganji Shiva, a truck driver, who was in an inebriated condition and high on ganja, allegedly raped the 28-year-old woman on the busy pavement between Railway New Colony and Railway Station at 2 pm. She took shelter under a tree on the pavement when Shiva assaulted her. The video shows several people passing by but no one stopped to help the woman. She has been admitted to KGH,” Inspector Ramana said.
