PUBG Mobile India is currently banned in India due to the ongoing tensions with China. In September, the Government of India banned PUBG Mobile and 118 Chinese apps in a digital surgical strike. MEITY (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) was still not convinced about PUBG Mobile India and in an RTI query, the Government of India clearly stated that the permission to relaunch was not given and that there is no special preference for PUBG Mobile. This news jolted the gaming community in India and now, there are reports that PUBG Mobile India might not launch till March 2021. In a video released by Smilo, a Facebook gaming page, three people have recreated iconic moments of PUBG Mobile in real life.
