MIDSAYAP, Cotabato—A village chief was killed and three others were wounded in a gun attack in front of a restaurant in Poblacion 8 of this town on Monday, July 22. Killed was Alcon Tubasan, 44, village chair of Tumbras. He suffered two gunshot wounds in the chest and another wound in the abdomen, according to Makon Gumaga, village secretary of Tumbras.
