Police in the northern province of Bac Giang on Tuesday arrested a 29-year-old man accused of cutting off the penis of his wife's lover. Nguyen Van Huan is now investigated on charges of “deliberately inflicting injuries,” local media reported. Police said Huan, a stone sculptor, had secretly followed his wife on suspicion that she was having an affair. On September 5, he caught her with another man in a hotel room. Huan allegedly cut off the lover's penis.
