Vietnam football top ASEAN ranking in DecemberVietnam jumped to the top of the ASEAN region with their No 112 ranking in the world, according to the latest ranking announced by FIFA on Thursday. Vietnam are back to No 1 in ASEAN after more than two years. It helped them replace the Philippines as the best team of the ASEAN region and No 17 in Asia. The Philippines drop to No 124 and second in the region. Thailand are two steps higher than last month at No 130.
