Vietnam has made seven cuts and five hikes to retail fuel prices this year. Vietnam on Wednesday reduced fuel prices by around 4 percent as the global downtrend continued. With the second price cut of the month, the popular gasoline grade 92-RON is now sold at VND15,303 (67 US cents) per liter, down VND665. The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Trade are tasked with reviewing pump prices for adjustment after every 15 days. Diesel and kerosene have stayed unchanged, retailing at VND12,298 (54 cents) and VND10,667 (47 cents) per liter.
