Photo: ReutersVietnam strongly condemns a "bloody and inhumane" terrorist attack in the Mediterranean resort of Nice on France's national holiday, according to the foreign ministry. The truck attack on a Bastille Day crowd in Nice killed 84 people and injured scores of others. Tuan said righ after the attack, the foreign ministry instructed the Vietnamese embassy in France to urgently work with local agencies and the Associations of Vietnamese in France to obtain information relating to Vietnamese citizens. Head of the foreign ministry’s Consular Affairs Department Ly Quoc Tuan said his agency has not received any confirmation that there were Vietnamese victims in the attack.
