An Otago woman has captured video highlighting the power of extreme winds which left a trail of destruction in Clyde this morning. Alena Stuart, of Tapanui, recorded her husband finding it difficult to stay standing as he faced massive gusts at Clyde Dam. The severe wind ripped off roofs, uprooted trees, created a mini-tornado and overturned a caravan.
