A Wellington taxi driver has been caught on camera swerving around a parked car, into an oncoming lane, and running a red light during rush-hour. Chris Orsman caught the startling video on his dashcam on Tinakori Rd, Wellington, during rush hour at 5.50pm on Wednesday. The Kiwi Cabs taxi, heading north on Tinakori Rd, can be seen approaching the right-turning lane to get on to the Wellington Motorway.
