SEREMBAN: A 97-second clip showing a female police volunteer reserve (PVR) officer slapping two individuals believed to be Indian nationals has been making its rounds on social media. Seremban OCPD ACP Thiew Hock Poh has confirmed that the woman is a PVR officer based here. It is learnt that the PVR officer has also lodged a report over the video. In the report, which has also gone viral, the woman claimed that she slapped one of the men for uttering profanities. Netizens have, however, asked the police to probe the incident and act against the PVR officer for allegedly taking the law into her own hands.
