Autopsy results following a triple murder last week in Ajax indicate two victims were stabbed while a third died of asphyxiation, Durham police said Friday. Two of the victims died of sharp force trauma while a third was asphyxiated, police confirmed. Police also addressed reports that Fenn, who appeared in bail court in Oshawa the day after the killings, had visible injuries. Homicide investigators want to speak to anyone who had contact with Fenn or any of the three victims prior to the incident.
