Toronto police have identified the victim in a fatal shooting early Tuesday morning near Bathurst St. and St. Clair Ave. W.Adrian Milligan, 23, from Toronto, was taken to hospital where he died after being shot at Claxton Blvd. Prior to the shooting, Milligan was in an argument with two men, Toronto police said. After Milligan was shot, the two men were seen running north on Raglan with a handgun. One suspect is described by police as Black, around 5-foot-6, and wearing a blue hoodie and shorts. The other suspect is described as Black, around 5-foot-8, and wearing a gray sweater and shorts.
