Victim’s family releases statement on fatal Las Vegas crash involving Raiders receiver Henry Ruggs III

Tintor, who died after her car was rear-ended by Las Vegas Raiders receiver Henry Ruggs III, released a statement Thursday on her death. Prosecutors said Ruggs was recklessly driving at a speed of 156 mph just 2.5 seconds prior to impact. Ruggs was released from the detention center Wednesday after posting a $150,000 bail, according to his attorney, David Z. Chesnoff. The Raiders drafted Ruggs in 2020 as the 12th pick in the first round, according to the NFL. The Raiders released Ruggs on Tuesday night after his charges were announced.
