A Toronto police officer and his son both face charges in connection with the death of a former Liberian warlord in a quiet residential neighbourhood in London, Ont. The officer, Trevor Gregory, 46, was arrested Tuesday in Toronto in relation to the fatal shooting of Bill Horace. Taylor was found guilty in 2012 at the International Criminal Court in the Hague of 11 counts of “aiding and abetting” war crimes and crimes against humanity, and sentenced to 50 years in a British prison. Horace never stood trial for war crimes and moved to Toronto. The brick house where Horace lived was on a quiet street in the east end of London.
