Film star Kim Novak, who left the limelight after rising to the high of fame in Hollywood, has shared her grief at the passing of her husband of 44 years. Novak's husband Robert Malloy died on November 27 at the home they shared in Eagle Point, Oregon. Novak moved to a cliffside mansion in Big Sur, California and devoted herself to painting and caring for her horses. She first met Malloy, an equine veterinarian, in 1974, when he made a house call after one of her Arabian mares suffered colic. The couple moved to Oregon, where Novak has focused on her painting for decades.
