Most affected locations include New York City, Philadelphia, Newburgh, Brooklyn, and many more. If you’re a Verizon customer and happen to be experiencing issues, you’re not alone. Verizon is not working in many parts of the US. The company hasn’t officially acknowledged the problem but Verizon Support on Twitter is directing complaints to the team. We’ve attached a screenshot of the Verizon outage map as of 12:29 AM ET:We will update this story as we learn more.
