Diego Scotti: Verizon had a very strong positioning on the wireless business based on network superiority that has been very successful for 10 years. We needed to think about marketing that would be needed for the future and the marketing capabilities we would need for that future. Scotti: As a CMO, you need to focus on the brand but you need to focus on the business. We reduced the number of agencies and we got the right agencies. We got the right people on the right agencies.
