Several cars in one of The Plaza's outdoor car parks were tagged with paint on Wednesday afternoon. Shoppers at a Palmerston North mall have received unwanted splashes of colour on their vehicles from a brazen daytime tagging spree. The car park is at the rear of the Palmerston North police station. At 2pm, eight cars in the car park had been splashed with red, pink and black paint, but splashes of paint on the car park suggested more may have been targeted. A police spokeswoman said police received a complaint about two of the tagged cars about 1.30pm and they were investigating the incident.
