In an Instagram post on Wednesday Vanessa Bryant went on to name four Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies who allegedly took and shared the graphic photos. It said the weather conditions were inconsistent with adverse weather training and resulted in the pilot's "spatial disorientation and loss of control."
