Canada announced its first death from the new coronavirus in British Columbia on Monday. Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry said a man living in a North Vancouver care home that had been identified as a coronavirus hotspot had died, CBC News reports. "This is obviously a very sad day for all of us, but especially for the family and loved ones of the man who passed away at the Lynn Valley Care Home," said B.C. Health Minister Adrian Dix.
