Around 1:10 p.m. Monday, a van mounted the curb on Yonge St. at Finch Ave. and hurtled along the sidewalk, mowing down pedestrians. The rampage, which covered 2.2 km in only a few minutes, ended with 10 dead and at least 15 injured. Driver jumped the sidewalk at southwest corner of Finch and Yonge, immediately killing one pedestrian. The van barrelled down the western sidewalk, running down victims. One body, covered with an orange tarp, lay on the bloodstained sidewalk at Tolman St. Another body lay a half-block south.
