Dr Valerie Sawyerr was a board member of Ghana Gas at the time. According to the report, there were procurement irregularities, totaling GH¢76,802,760.39 against Memphis Metropolitan Limited (GH¢34,452,650.22) and Kingspok Company Limited (GH¢42,351,110.17) in the contract.
