Born in Park Royal Hospital, Mrs Hatfield met her husband as a child growing up in Wembley. Born in Cyprus in 1939, Mrs Loizou moved to England as a young woman and later met Mr Loizou through a mutual friend. They spent much of their working life together, with Mr Loizou employed as a seamster and Mrs Loizou as a finisher. Mr Loizou continues to visit Mrs Loizou regularly at Buchanan Court, spending time with her as they always have. Buchanan Court is a Care UK care home offering full-time residential, dementia, and nursing care, as well as short-term respite care.
