The judge in the first-degree murder trial of Travis Vader revealed today he'll be ready to deliver a decision in August or September. Vader is standing trial in Court of Queen's Bench in Edmonton in the deaths of Lyle and Marie McCann in July 2010. The Crown has already laid out its case against Vader. However, the prosecution and the defence still need to make final arguments to the court. Thomas set aside June 23 and June 24 for that to happen.
