Deputy Minister for Education Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury, Chittagong Divisional Director (Health) Dr. Hasan Shahriar Kabir, CMCH Director Brig Gen SM Humayun Kabir, and Chittagong Civil Surgeon Dr. Sheikh Fazle Rabbi will be present at the inaugural ceremony. Chittagong Civil Surgeon Dr. Sheikh Fazle Rabbi said the authorities had taken all-out preparations to roll out the vaccines from February 7. On January 31, a total of 456,000 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine reached the Chittagong Civil Surgeon office. The remaining 301,095 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine have been distributed among 14 Upazilas under Chittagong. It has already received a total of 7 million doses of the vaccine, including two million free doses from the Indian government.
