The Federal Nigeria Society for the Blind Vocational Training Centre has said it planned to train 50 indigent people who have lost in new skills to cope with living with blindness. The Chairman of the Executive Council of the school, Mr Gbola Sobande, in a statement on Wednesday, said the group planned to raise funds for the training on October 2. He said, “The fundraiser will support us to enroll 50 indigent people who have lost their sight so they can regain hope, restore confidence and learn new skills to cope with living with blindness.
