Vice President Jewel Howard Taylor has proposed a dialogue aimed at finding a resolution to an apparent crisis involving members of the Liberia Marketing Association (LMA), a release from the office of the Vice President has said. According to the release, the VP’s proposal followed her brief interaction with some aggrieved members of the association on Monday, February 26. In an attempt to resolve the conflict, Vice President Taylor requested a meeting with 10 of the markets at her Capitol Building office on Tuesday, February 27. Vice President Taylor encouraged the marketers to focus on the improvement of their lives and the country’s economy. VP Taylor maintained the need for members of the association to work in collaboration with the leadership for the common good of the association.
