French Ambassador to Vietnam Olivier Brochet affirmed that the CNRS is proud to continue accompanying Vietnam in addressing current global challenges like climate change, energy transition, and the protection of oceans. He added that Vietnam will do its utmost to prepare for the visit by the Belarusian Prime Minister in December. The outcomes of human resources training at various levels according to the Vietnam - National Qualifications Framework have been better. The event was co-organised by the provincial People’s Committee, the Irish Embassy in Vietnam, Care International Vietnam and the Research Centre for Initiatives in Community Development (RIC). The second phase of the programme, funded by the Embassy of Ireland in Vietnam, runs from September 2023-August 2028.
