It is expected to promote the culture and people of Vietnam and India, and spread the image of a safe and friendly Quang Ninh. Each urn was carved with 17 patterns featuring plants, animals, landscapes and places of Vietnam. This was the highest-level delegation and Bictogo was the first President of the Côte d’Ivoire NA to have visit Vietnam in 48 years. The IPU leaders affirmed their support for Vietnam, expressing their belief that the country would continue to actively participate in IPU activities. The men showed valid Chinese passports but did not have visas and they entered Vietnam without completing immigration procedures.
