The Police have been forced to respond to a damning video tweeted at them by a Twitter user @iamteeblizz. Teeblizz had responded to an earlier tweet by the Nigeria Police Force via its verified Twitter handle, @PoliceNG. “Oversight monitoring/supervision by PSC or other groups in the election will only deepen our culture of accountability.”However, Teeblizz found the claim offensive, and tweeted the offensive video at @PoliceNG, asking them, “What should we call this??? These include citizen’s right to life, right to liberty and the right to the dignity of the human person amongst others. Please help us to serve better.”In response, a Twitter user, IAB @babajiibrahim notes that the incident did not happen in Nigeria, nor did it involve the Nigerian policeman.
