The first Kerala Administrative Reforms Commission was headed by the State's first Chief Minister E.M.S. Achuthanandan as chairman of the fourth Kerala Administrative Reforms Commission with Cabinet rank. Ending all speculations, the Pinarayi Vijayan Cabinet has decided to appoint former Chief Minister and senior CPI(M) leader V.S. Vellodi and the third by former Chief Minister E.K. The Cabinet also decided to appoint former Chief Secretaries C.P.
