Uzi gun shipped from Songkhla to Chiang Rai


After the CSD became concerned about the true identity of the sender, Chiang Rai police seized the parcel and found a 9mm Uzi gun inside. The parcel was shipped through Kerry Express to a recipient addressed as Joi Thanlar in Moo 5 village in Tambon Koh Chang in Mae Sai district. The parcel sender was identified as Weth Wanphen who claimed his address as PP Tactics shop, which is owned by Burin Promchua, 38. Burin told police that he was puzzled by the call, as he had not shipped any parcels to Chiang Rai. Chiang Rai police found that the addressed recipient's house was deserted and no one had lived there for a long time.
