A 23-year-old Uzbek woman was allegedly thrashed and raped by a friend at a hotel in east Delhi, police said on Friday. Later, her friend allegedly forced himself upon her and went off to sleep, while the others left the room. The men then allegedly asked her to have sex with them and when she refused, they allegedly thrashed her and even tried to strangulate her. When she reached there, there was no electricity at his house, following which they both went to a hotel in east Delhi. The statement of the complainant has been recorded and the case is being probed from all possible angles, the official added.
