MUMBAI: A middle-aged man from Uttarakhand has been arrested for smuggling in 3kg of cocaine worth Rs 15 crore from Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa Based on a tip-off, Customs officials intercepted D N Pandey and a check of his duffle bag led to the recovery of 2,820 grams of white powder, purported to be cocaine. Giving a statement under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act , Pandey told his interrogators that the bag was given to him in Addis Ababa by an unknown person and he was to deliver it to someone in Delhi.
