Slamming Congress on many counts, Modi said that the state will see progress in many areas if they vote for BJP in the polls. Blasting the Congress-ruled administration for corruption, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that the party had turned the 'devbhoomi' Uttarakhand to 'lootbhoomi'. "They had allotted only Rs 500 crore for OROP while we have given Rs 12,500 crore for the same. Every Indian wants to visit this state which has the Char Dham," he said. "An all weather road for Char Dham wasn't possible in 70 years of independence for the former government.
