Two men were thrashed by a crowd in Uttar Pradesh's Mughalsarai after they were caught stealing cows, ANI reported. Chandauli SP SK Singh said the men were fleeing after stealing a cow and a calf - ANI said this happened in Subhash Nagar - and that the animals' owner caught them.
