"An inquiry has been ordered to ascertain the cause of the accident. Strict action will be taken against any lapse," railway minister Suresh Prabhu said. "Medical vans have been rushed to the site. All efforts are being taken to ensure speedy relief and rescue operations," Prabhu tweeted from his official handle.Calling it a sad incident, Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath assured that the injured passengers will be given complete treatment.
