Branden Carlson scored 15 points, collected 10 rebounds and blocked eight shots — all career-highs — to help Utah outlast Stanford for a 64-56 overtime victory on Thursday night. Riley Battin chipped in 11 points and 10 rebounds for Utah. Tyrell Terry scored 14 points and Daejon Davis added 12 to lead the Cardinal. Stanford had an opportunity to close the gap after Utah scored just two points over the final 10 minutes before halftime. Those were the only points for Stanford over the final seven minutes before halftime.
