During the General Election period, we embrace technology to minimise the options for conflict. A proper use of the technology in an election exercise is expected to give you the best results and the most dignified democratic experience. The last time we held the General Election, in 2013, through the IEBC, a lot of money was used to acquire gadgets so that the polling would be clean, free and fair. And that is why we ask questions on the roles some of them played at the General Election of 2013. I guess we have the right people to manage the election and the best laws to guide the process.
