‌The UK Government sent out an evacuation flight to Oman that the Foreign Office has confirmed headed back to the UK on Thursday evening, bringing the most vulnerable Brits home. ‌There are travel restrictions still in place across the region with the Foreign Office updating its travel advice daily for many areas. The revised guidance applies to Israel, Lebanon, Palestine, Kuwait, Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Jordan. The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) travel advice states: "Escalation in the Middle East has caused widespread travel disruption including airspace closures, delayed and cancelled flights. BangladeshIn Bangladesh the FCDO has provided new details about global travel impacts due to the escalation in the Middle East.
