A photo of Puducherry CM V Narayanasamy's car has been making rounds on the social media websites lately and has gone viral since. In the photo, Narayanasamy's car was seen carrying the Indian flag upside down, green colour at the top and saffron at the bottom. According to the Flag Code of India, 2002, it is not allowed to hoist or carry India's flag upside down as it is a violation of the code of conduct. Although, the photo has gone viral, more details are awaited on the matter.
