The Mulund police on Monday registered a case against a 75-year-old man for allegedly getting his scooter removed from a towing van and taking it away without paying the fine. Also, the motorist allegedly threatened the police constable and damaged the towing van. On seeing the scooter being towed, Singh came to the police and asked them to hand over the scooter to him as he was ready to pay the fine. A video of the incident has also emerged, in which Singh can be seen taking the bike down from the towing van and throwing the boom of the towing van. “He also threatened us and damaged the towing van.
