Unrest over fatal police shooting in Lancaster results in 8 arrests, 4 from outside county

Police in Lancaster, Pa., arrested eight people early Monday on charges tied to the unrest that erupted following the fatal police shooting of Ricardo Munoz. The county's district attorney said bodycam video showed Munoz, 27, attacking an officer with a knife and was shot multiple times. The fatal shooting prompted more than 100 protesters to descend on the streets outside the police station.
