The interest in buying aged care businesses is “unprecedented” according to the leading broker of aged care businesses. She had sold the most rest homes and aged care businesses in New Zealand, she said. The old days of registered nurses buying rest homes had gone, Bennett said. She will lead a new specialist division at ABC selling aged care businesses.
