University graduation ceremonies go small, high-techBy Rachel Lin / Staff reporterSeveral universities yesterday held their graduation ceremonies, which were smaller and incorporated videoconferencing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At National Taiwan University’s (NTU) event, students wore masks while speakers participated via videoconference.
