Prof Khan proposed that the WSU Wheat Lines be commercialised, which WSU Professor Paul Whitney supported, promising full cooperation from his office. The UAF delegation toured various departments, research and development facilities, and experimental sites. The delegation also observed trials of Wheat and Chickpea, WSU trials at Spillman Farm, and live demonstrations of combine harvesters at Ruffle Farm, which spans 20,000 acres.
