Speakers at a meeting organised by Ambedkarites at Indira Park here on Wednesday called for a united struggle by political parties and organisations to dethrone the anti-SC and anti-weaker section government headed by Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao. For that matter, Mr. Rao did not do so ever since he formed TRS. The TDP politburo member, Ravula Chandrasekhar Rao, said Mr. Rao may be a voracious reader, but has never read the Constitution. Senior Congress leader V. Hanumantha Rao highlighted the arrogance of Mr. Rao while a former Minister Ponnala Laxmaiah blamed Mr. Rao for deceiving public with false assurances. BJP MLC N. Ramchander Rao said autocratic rule, like the one unleashed by Mr. Rao, would not work long in a democracy.
